NEWS AND LINK: Orange County Performing Arts Center changes name to Segerstrom Center for the Arts

I was in New York City when this information came out so it may not be news to you, but the Orange County Performing Arts Center in Costa Mesa is now the Segerstrom Center for the Arts. The name honors the family that has donated millions of dollars during the center's quarter-century of existence; among other things, they provided major funding for the Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall, the center's facility for orchestral and choral concerts and recitals.
