STORY AND LINK: Catching up with Peter Lieberson

Very well-written article by David Weiniger in today's Boston Globe on how composer Peter Lieberson has emerged from the tragic death of his wife, Lorraine Hunt Lieberson, and his own battle with cancer to write a new song cycle based on the poetry of Pablo Neruda. The Los Angeles Philharmonic will play Lieberson's Neruda Songs, which he wrote for his late wife, on April 22 and 23 at Walt Disney Concert Hall. LINK
