Hi Bob -
Interesting review! I do have one bit to add regarding Arturo's performance on the Hummel.

I am 99% sure he performed it on an E trumpet, which is the correct (and rare) trumpet to hear it on. It is usually performed on either a standard Bb or Eb trumpet. It’s kind of a minor (no pun intended) point, but it added some gravitas to the performance for me.
