My Pasadena Scene profile on conductor Mei-Ann Chen — who is leading the Pasadena Symphony’s opening concerts on Saturday at Ambassador Auditorium — was posted a couple of weeks ago. If you missed it, here’s a LINK. She’s a fast-rising star in conductor circles and it’s quite a coup for the PSO to have her, so I believe it’s worthwhile to publish the link again.
